Refresh, recharge and relax as you learn to draw, paint and improve your yoga practice in a supportive, creative and inspiring environment.
Art workshops are fun and designed to inspire confidence and creativity using a variety of different materials and techniques. Concentrate on learning to ‘look and see’ and mark making with pencils, paints, charcoal, pastels and collage. These workshops are suitable for all levels, especially novices who will receive excellent one-to-one guidance and tuition. Or maybe you are returning to art and just want a fresh outlook on your work. The atmosphere in the studio at Gardoussel is always easy going and friendly.
Start the day feeling energised and alive after a one hour yoga class. Iyengar yoga consists of different poses to stretch out your aches and stiffness, tone muscles, quieten the mind and help develop emotional and physical strength. All which enable you to truly relax.
Yoga sessions will take place before breakfast and in the early evening. Art sessions will be in the morning. All workshops are optional and there is plenty of time to do as you please, afternoons are free to relax in the gardens or at the poolside or bathe in the nearby river.
The wonderful combination of skill sharing, artistic development, energising yoga, good company and delicious food in a tranquil environment will calm your body and mind and leave you feeling inspired and truly relaxed.
